Professor Quek is a distinguished pediatric cardiologist and the Head of the Division of Paediatric Cardiology at National University Hospital (NUH). He is also a Professor at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and currently serves as the Chairman of the Medical Board at NUH. With a strong academic background, Professor Quek has undergone specialized training in pediatric cardiology at leading global institutions, including Boston Children's Hospital and the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto. He is recognized for his expertise in congenital heart diseases and Kawasaki disease, with numerous publications in peer-reviewed journals.
