Dr. Selena Young Ee-Li is the Head and Senior Principal Speech Therapist at the Cleft and Craniofacial Centre of KK Women's and Children's Hospital. With a PhD in Speech Pathology from the University of Sydney, she has extensive expertise in cleft and craniofacial anomalies, pediatric speech therapy, and language disorders. She also specializes in velopharyngeal dysfunction, speech nasendoscopy, and pediatric dysphagia. Dr. Young's clinical and research interests are focused on advancing the field of craniofacial speech pathology, with numerous multi-disciplinary research projects under her leadership.

Dr. Young is a committed educator and researcher, serving as a lecturer and research supervisor at the National University of Singapore. She is also a regular presenter at local and international conferences. Dr. Young is actively involved in volunteer work, contributing her expertise to organizations such as Smile Asia and Operation Smile Singapore. She has been recognized with several awards for her outstanding contributions to the field, including the AM.EI Golden Apple Award for Outstanding Educator in Allied Health.
