Prof Allen Yeoh serves as the Head and Senior Consultant of the Division of Paediatric Haematology and Oncology at both the National University Cancer Institute, Singapore (NCIS), and Khoo Teck Puat - National University Children's Medical Institute (KTP-NUCMI), NUH. He is also a Professor at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, NUS, holding the prestigious Viva-Goh Foundation Professorship in Paediatric Oncology. Prof Yeoh’s expertise lies in paediatric haematology, oncology, and paediatric medicine, with a focus on childhood leukaemias.

Prof Yeoh is internationally renowned for his translational research on acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (ALL). His pioneering work in gene expression profiling earned him the American Society of Haematology Merit Award. Leading collaborative trials like the Malaysia-Singapore ALL and AML studies, he has achieved significant improvements in cure rates. Prof Yeoh also spearheads innovative programmes such as the chimeric antigen receptor-T (CAR-T) cells programme and the VIVA-NUS Centre for Translational Research in Acute Leukaemia, which integrates advanced biomarkers to guide treatment strategies.
