Dr. Evan Woo is a highly regarded plastic surgeon and breast cancer specialist in Singapore. Accredited by the Ministry of Health, he brings extensive expertise in reconstructive and aesthetic surgery, with a particular focus on breast cancer treatment and reconstruction. After completing broad-based training in plastic surgery, Dr. Woo pursued advanced training at The Nottingham Breast Institute through a Health Manpower Development Programme scholarship, specializing in microsurgical breast reconstruction and oncoplastic breast surgery. This enables him to offer comprehensive breast cancer care, including lumpectomies, breast conservation surgery, and advanced reconstruction techniques such as perforator flap-free tissue transfer.

In addition to his breast surgery practice, Dr. Woo is experienced in aesthetic procedures such as breast enhancement, tummy tucks, liposuction, and fat grafting. He also operates a laser service for scar management, pigmentation treatment, and skin rejuvenation. Dr. Woo serves as a consultant plastic and breast surgeon at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital and as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Duke-NUS Graduate Medical School. Passionate about education, he founded Breast Reconstruction Awareness Singapore (BRAS), a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting awareness of breast reconstruction options.
