Dr Guadalupe Cara Viegelmann is a Consultant in General Paediatrics at KK Women's and Children's Hospital, with a special interest in Paediatric Complex Care and Homecare Services. She holds an MD from Duke-NUS Graduate Medical School, an MMed in Paediatrics, and MRCPCH qualifications from the UK.

In addition to her clinical role, Dr Viegelmann is an active Clinical Tutor at both the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and Duke-NUS Graduate School of Medicine. Her dedication to paediatric care is complemented by her involvement in medical education. Dr Viegelmann has received the Nestle Nutrition Institute Medal and Prize and has contributed to various publications, including research on the unique association between Achalasia and Down syndrome.
