Dr. Rashida Farhad Vasanwala is a Senior Consultant in Paediatric Endocrinology at KK Women's and Children's Hospital, specializing in hormonal and growth problems in children. She holds an MD in Paediatrics with a gold medal from India, and her professional qualifications include MRCPCH (UK) and FRCPCH (UK). Dr. Vasanwala joined KK Women's and Children's Hospital in 2002, where she completed her advanced training in Paediatric Medicine and Endocrinology. She is dedicated to improving patient care and research, having won several awards, including the Best Project of the Year at the SingHealth Quality Convention in 2008.

Dr. Vasanwala is an active academic, holding adjunct appointments at Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and Duke-NUS Graduate Medical School. She is passionate about teaching and has received multiple accolades for her contributions, such as the Outstanding Faculty Rise award and the Special Recognition Award for being a Role Model to the Medicine Graduating Class of 2018.
