Dr. Rachel Toh is an Associate Consultant at Khoo Teck Puat - National University Children’s Medical Institute, National University Hospital, and NUWoC Children's Clinic at Ng Teng Fong General Hospital. She completed her medical degree (MBChB) at the University of Edinburgh, followed by postgraduate training in Paediatrics in Singapore. She holds a Masters of Medicine (Paediatrics), MRCPCH (UK), and Specialist Accreditation in Paediatric Medicine. Dr. Toh specializes in general ambulatory paediatrics and adolescent medicine, with a focus on paediatric allergy and immunology.

Dr. Toh's special interests include paediatric eczema, food allergies, allergic rhinitis, and asthma. As a mother of atopic children, she is passionate about creating personalised care plans for families, helping manage allergic conditions effectively. She is also a Clinical Senior Lecturer at Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, contributing to the education of medical students and junior doctors. Dr. Toh's research work includes publications in respected journals, such as her study on gestational diabetes and gut microbiome dysbiosis published in *Nature, Scientific Reports*.
