Dr. Kelvin Teo is a senior consultant ophthalmologist with a specific focus on adult and childhood retina diseases, including myopia, inherited retinal conditions, and retinopathy of prematurity. With over 15 years of experience, he is also a skilled general ophthalmologist and cataract surgeon.

Dr. Teo graduated from Barts and the London School of Medicine and Dentistry and obtained a PhD in Medical Research from the University of Sydney. He completed specialist training in ophthalmology at the Singapore National Eye Centre (SNEC) and pursued fellowships in Medical Retina at SNEC and Sydney Eye Hospital. An adjunct associate professor at Duke-NUS Medical School and lead researcher at the Singapore Eye Research Institute (SERI), Dr. Teo is actively involved in groundbreaking research, including gene therapy for retinal conditions. With over 100 peer-reviewed publications and numerous prestigious grants, he combines clinical expertise with research innovation to offer cutting-edge treatments for eye and retinal disorders.
