Dr. Natalie Tan Woon Hui is a Senior Consultant in the Infectious Disease Service at KK Women's and Children's Hospital, Singapore. She holds several academic positions, including Clinical Associate Professor at Duke-NUS Medical School and Adjunct Assistant Professor at both Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, NUS, and Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine, NTU. Dr. Tan's expertise spans a variety of pediatric infectious diseases, including those affecting immunocompromised children. Her research interests cover influenza, adenovirus, enterovirus, and melioidosis, as well as infections related to dengue and COVID-19.
Dr. Tan has received several prestigious awards, including the Singapore Health Quality Service Award (SHQSA) 2021 for her contributions during the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as the Covid-19 Resilience Medal in 2023. She was also honored with the KKH Service From The Heart Award and has a strong record in pediatric infectious disease research. As a clinical educator, she contributes to the SingHealth Residency Programme and has published numerous studies in peer-reviewed journals.
