Dr. Teresa Tan is a Consultant in Paediatrics and Palliative Care at Khoo Teck Puat – National University Children's Medical Institute, National University Hospital. She holds an MBBS from Imperial College London and is a Member of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (UK). Dr. Tan specializes in Paediatric Medicine and Palliative Care and is the first paediatrician in Singapore to be dually accredited in both fields. Her expertise extends to providing holistic care for children with life-limiting illnesses.

Dr. Tan is actively involved in medical education and is a clinical tutor at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine. She also contributes to the Graduate Diploma in Palliative Medicine programme and participates in the KTP-NUCMI Paediatrics Ethics and Advocacy Centre. With a focus on patient-centred care, she collaborates across healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive support for both patients and their families. Dr. Tan has published research on medical and palliative care topics.
