Dr. Tan Kian Teo is an experienced dermatologist specializing in hair and skin disorders. He completed his dermatology training at the National Skin Centre (NSC) and has been an accredited Fellow of the Academy of Physicians, Chapter of Dermatology, Singapore, since 2007. Dr. Tan served as a consultant dermatologist at Raffles Hospital, managing clinics at Raffles Skin Centre and Raffles Aesthetics. He continues to contribute as a visiting consultant at NSC, where he also served as a clinical tutor at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore, actively involved in medical education.

Dr. Tan has a keen interest in hair disorders, earning the Ministry of Health HMDP Fellowship in 2007 to undergo specialized training at the Royal Hallamshire Hospital, UK. He currently runs the Hair and Nail Clinic at NSC. Additionally, he has a strong focus on chronic urticaria, having co-established the Urticaria Clinic at NSC. Dr. Tan has been prolific in research, publishing extensively and presenting at scientific meetings. His contributions have earned him recognition, including the Best Paper Award at the Dermatological Society of Singapore Annual Scientific Meeting in 2006. He is a respected reviewer for international scientific journals in his fields of expertise.
