Dr. Png Lu Hui is a Consultant in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at Singapore General Hospital and a Clinical Assistant Professor with Duke-NUS Medical School. He specializes in rhinology, sinus surgery, biologic therapy, and allergen immunotherapy. His clinical expertise includes treating sinusitis, allergic rhinitis, nasal polyps, and skull base tumors. Dr. Png is skilled in minimally invasive procedures such as septoplasty and turbinate reduction surgery and collaborates with the National Cancer Centre Singapore, KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital, and the Singapore National Eye Centre as a visiting consultant.

Dr. Png trained under Professor Richard Harvey during his Sydney Rhinology and Skull Base Fellowship in Australia. He has a significant interest in managing complex paranasal sinus diseases and has contributed extensively to research in rhinology, with publications in peer-reviewed journals and invitations to speak at international conferences. He is actively involved in education, serving as Vice-Programme Lead for Otolaryngology at Duke-NUS Medical School and as Clinical Physician Faculty for the SingHealth Otolaryngology Residency Programme. His achievements include the Dean’s Award for Teaching Excellence and the SingHealth Service Excellence Award.
