He holds an MBBS and postgraduate Paediatric qualifications from India and further advanced specialist training in Paediatric Medicine at NUH. Dr. Mohite is accredited as a Specialist in Paediatrics and was awarded the Academic Medicine Development Award (AMDA) in 2012.

Dr. Mohite has a particular interest in the use of Ultrasonography in Paediatric Emergency Medicine. He completed a Clinical Fellowship in Paediatric Emergency Medicine at The Hospital for Sick Children, Toronto, Canada. In addition to his clinical work, he is actively involved in teaching and training residents, fellows, and colleagues, and has been invited as faculty at national and international courses on ultrasonography in paediatrics.
