Dr. Kelly Low is the Head and Consultant of the General Paediatrics Service at KK Women's and Children's Hospital. With a strong background in paediatric medicine, she provides expert care for children, addressing a wide range of health concerns. Dr. Low's educational credentials include an MBBS from the National University of Singapore, followed by a Master of Medicine in Paediatrics and MRCPCH (UK) in 2014.

In addition to her clinical role, Dr. Low is actively involved in medical education, serving as a Clinical Tutor at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and an Adjunct Instructor at Duke-NUS Medical School. She also contributes to the SingHealth Paediatrics Residency Programme as Physician Faculty.
