Dr. Benny Loo Kai Guo is a Senior Consultant in General Paediatrics and Sport and Exercise Medicine at KK Women's and Children's Hospital. He graduated from the National University of Singapore and holds post-graduate qualifications in Paediatrics and MRCPCH. Dr. Loo is the Co-Lead for the Sport and Exercise Medicine Service and has played a pivotal role in developing the Singapore Integrated 24-Hour Activity Guidelines for children. He also chaired the Asia-Pacific Consensus Statement on activity guidelines for children and adolescents.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Loo is actively involved in medical education at NUS, DUKE-NUS, and NTU LKC, and serves as a Core Faculty member for the PGY1 programme. His research focuses on children's physical activity, sports injury prevention, and enhancing sports performance. He has received several awards, including the Dean’s Award for Teaching Excellence, and is dedicated to improving children's health through exercise and proper care.
