A/Prof Loke Kah Yin is a senior consultant and the head of the Paediatric Endocrinology Division at the Department of Paediatrics, National University Hospital (NUH). He is also an Associate Professor at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore. A/Prof Loke is a distinguished expert in paediatric endocrinology, specializing in growth disorders, thyroid, adrenal, pituitary issues, and disorders of sexual development. His training includes specialized endocrinology studies at The Children's Hospital in Sydney and UCLA Medical Centre.

A/Prof Loke’s research focuses on genetic aspects of adrenal disorders, with a particular interest in congenital adrenal hyperplasia. His contributions to the field have earned him several accolades, including the Singapore Youth Award and the Haridas Gold Medal. He is involved in teaching and mentoring paediatric endocrinologists across the ASEAN region and has received the prestigious APPES teaching award.
