Adjunct Assistant Professor Chay Pui Ling is a Senior Consultant and Head of the Dental Service, as well as the Cleft and Craniofacial Dentistry Unit at KK Women's and Children's Hospital (KKH). She specializes in paediatric dentistry, offering comprehensive care for children, including those with medical conditions, special needs, or dental trauma. Dr. Ling is particularly skilled in managing dental issues related to cleft lip and palate, molar incisor hypomineralization, and dental rehabilitation under general anesthesia or sedation.

Dr. Chay holds a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the National University of Singapore and a Doctor of Clinical Dentistry (Paediatric Dentistry) from the University of Melbourne. A recipient of multiple academic awards, she actively contributes to research in paediatric oral health, focusing on hypomineralized enamel and dental trauma. Dedicated to education and patient safety, she serves as a Clinical Lecturer at NUS and leads patient safety initiatives at KKH. Her multidisciplinary approach ensures optimal outcomes for young patients with complex dental needs.
