Dr. Gale Lim Jue Shuang is the Head and Senior Consultant in the Department of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery at KK Women's and Children's Hospital (KKH). With a deep passion for Paediatric Plastic Surgery, she specializes in cleft and cranio-maxillofacial surgery, paediatric burns, vascular anomalies, breast reconstruction, and aesthetic surgery. Her expertise extends to treating conditions such as cleft lip and palate, craniofacial disorders, and paediatric burns. Dr. Lim completed her MBBS at NUS in 2003 and further honed her skills with a fellowship at the Hospital for Sick Children in Canada.

Dr. Lim is dedicated to education and public awareness, producing instructional and awareness videos on paediatric burn prevention and microsurgery. Her contributions include articles in parenting magazines and internal publications. A recipient of numerous awards, including the “SingHealth Best Junior Doctor” award, she is also active in research, focusing on burns, congenital hand surgery, and cleft conditions. Outside of her clinical practice, she continues to innovate and contribute to advancing paediatric surgical care.
