Clinical Associate Professor Seah Lay Leng is a Senior Consultant at the Singapore National Eye Centre, specializing in oculoplastic surgery, cataract, and comprehensive ophthalmology. She is highly regarded for her expertise in aesthetic eyelid surgery, eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty), orbital tumors, and conditions such as upper eyelid drooping (ptosis).

She holds MBBS and advanced qualifications, including FRCS(Ed), FRCOphth, and FAMS. With fellowship training from London's Moorfield's Eye Hospital and the Vancouver Eye Centre, she has significantly contributed to oculoplastic and orbital surgery in Singapore. Professor Seah is also involved in medical education, clinical research, and has published numerous peer-reviewed articles. Her international roles include serving as Vice President of the International Thyroid Eye Disease Society and a member of the Orbit Society.
