Dr. Kong Juin Yee is a Senior Consultant in Neonatology at KK Women's and Children's Hospital, with expertise in neonatal resuscitation, preterm nutrition, and global health. She is board certified in General Pediatrics and Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine and has completed advanced training in both the USA and Australia. Dr. Kong has contributed to the design and publication of randomized controlled trials in neonatal resuscitation and has been involved as a principal investigator in international multicenter trials. She is passionate about neonatal care and has worked in underserved regions such as Uganda, Myanmar, and China, providing neonatal intensive care and training local medical personnel.

In addition to her clinical role, Dr. Kong is an active educator, holding adjunct positions at several institutions, including Duke-NUS, Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine, and Taylor’s University. She leads the "KKH Neonatal Excellence Series CME Webinar" to educate both public and private practitioners. Dr. Kong is also involved in various hospital committees, focusing on academic simulation, patient safety, and medication safety, and has received multiple awards for her contributions to neonatal care and quality improvement.
