Dr Lim Hwee Ying is a Consultant in the General Paediatrics Service at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital. She earned her MBBS from the National University of Singapore in 2010, followed by her Master of Medicine in Paediatrics and MRCPCH (UK) in 2015. Dr Lim has been serving as a consultant in the Department of General Paediatrics and Adolescent Medicine since 2019. In addition to her clinical role, she is actively involved in teaching as a Clinical Tutor at both the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine.

Dr Lim’s research interests focus on paediatric immune-mediated neurological conditions, highlighting her commitment to advancing paediatric care. Her notable publications include studies on acute necrotizing encephalopathy in children, contributing valuable insights into this rare neurological condition.
