Clin Assoc Prof Foo Chee Liam is a Senior Consultant specializing in Plastic, Reconstructive & Aesthetic Surgery with clinical interests in aesthetic surgery, as well as cleft and craniofacial surgery. He treats conditions such as craniofacial deformities and trauma, general plastic surgery, eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty), and lip and palate repair. Prof Foo is also a Visiting Consultant at the Cleft & Craniofacial Centre at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital.

Prof Foo's extensive training includes an MBBS from Singapore, followed by general surgery specialization in the UK, where he became a Fellow of both the Royal College of Surgeons (England and Edinburgh). He further specialized in craniofacial surgery through HMDP Fellowships at the Australasian Craniofacial Unit in Adelaide and in the USA. He was the inaugural Chief of Plastic Surgery at KK Hospital and has actively contributed to medical missions since 1991. A former President of the Asia-Pacific Craniofacial Association, Prof Foo continues to lead initiatives in laser surgery, plastic surgery training, and aesthetic practice standards in Singapore.
