Dr. Roselyne Shirley Pat Fong is a Senior Consultant in the Child and Adolescent Mental Wellness Service at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital. With extensive training in child and adolescent psychiatry, she treats conditions such as mood disorders, neurodevelopmental disorders, and mental health issues related to physical illness.

Dr. Pat Fong holds a medical degree from Trinity College in Dublin and has completed postgraduate training in both pediatrics and psychiatry. She is actively involved in research and has contributed to various publications on topics such as neurodevelopmental psychiatry and psychosomatic disorders.
