Dr. David Chin Chao-Wu is a Senior Consultant ENT Surgeon specializing in rhinology, endoscopic sinus surgery, and endoscopic skull base surgery. With expertise in managing complex nose and sinus conditions, he provides care for both adults and children. His practice includes advanced procedures such as functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS), endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy (DCR), endoscopic orbital surgery, and functional septorhinoplasty for optimizing nasal breathing, including for patients with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA).

Dr. Chin completed his ENT specialist training in Singapore in 2011 and further honed his skills through the Sydney Clinical Rhinology Fellowship, accredited by the American Rhinologic Society. During his fellowship, he worked with renowned experts, focusing on challenging cases involving nasal polyps, tumors, and revision sinus surgeries. Formerly the Head of Rhinology Service at Changi General Hospital, Dr. Chin remains committed to public service through visiting consultant roles at various hospitals and participation in ENT outreach programs in Cambodia and Thailand.
