Dr Chen Ching Kit is a Senior Consultant in Paediatric Cardiology at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital's National University Children's Medical Institute. He completed his undergraduate medical studies at the National University of Singapore and pursued post-graduate training in paediatrics and paediatric cardiology at KK Women's and Children's Hospital. Dr Chen furthered his expertise with a fellowship in paediatric heart failure and heart transplantation at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, Canada. His main clinical interests include cardiomyopathies, exercise echocardiography, congenital heart disease, paediatric heart failure, and heart transplantation.

Dr Chen has a strong passion for teaching and believes that effective learning occurs when instructors genuinely care for their students' educational needs. His work in research focuses on exercise echocardiography, foetal cardiology, and the use of 3D printing for heart models. He has published extensively on topics such as heart transplantation, anti-HLA antibodies, and exercise responses in paediatric heart disease.
