Dr Pearlly Chang is a Consultant in the General Paediatrics Service at KK Women's and Children's Hospital. She completed her MBBS at the National University of Singapore in 2009, followed by an MMed in Paediatrics in 2014 and MRCPCH (Paediatrics) from the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health, UK, in the same year.

Dr Chang’s practice focuses on general paediatrics, and she has contributed to medical research, including studies on complementary and alternative medicine in cancer patients and neuropsychiatric presentations of juvenile neuronal ceroid lipofuscinosis (Batten disease). Her work has been published in several reputable journals.
