Adjunct Assistant Professor Benjamin Julian Chang Chong Ming is a Senior Consultant specializing in comprehensive ophthalmology, including paediatric ophthalmology, strabismus, and cataract surgery. He is the Head of the Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Services at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital (KTPH) and practices as a Visiting Consultant in Paediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus at KK Women's and Children's Hospital.

Dr. Chang graduated from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland in 1995 and went on to complete a Master’s diploma in Medical Science (Anatomy) at University College Dublin. He received higher specialist training in ophthalmology in Ireland and subspecialty training in paediatric ophthalmology and strabismus at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto. A dedicated educator, he holds teaching roles at both Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine and Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine.
