Adj A/Prof Chan Poh Chong is the Head and Senior Consultant of the Division of General Ambulatory Paediatrics and Adolescent Medicine at Khoo Teck Puat - National University Children's Medical Institute (NUH). He is also a Senior Consultant at the NUWoC Children's Clinic at Ng Teng Fong General Hospital. Dr Chan completed his MBBS at the National University of Singapore and underwent paediatric and neonatal training at NUH. He holds multiple qualifications, including MRCP (UK), MRCPCH (UK), and MMed (Paeds), and obtained the FAMS in 2001.

Dr Chan’s clinical expertise covers a broad range of general paediatrics, with particular interests in dermatology, feeding and nutrition, and vaccinology. He earned a Diploma in Dermatology from the National Skin Centre in 2000. He is dedicated to providing comprehensive care for children, including baby checks, vaccinations, and management of common childhood illnesses.
