Adj A/Prof Biswas Agnihotri is a Senior Consultant in the Department of Neonatology at Khoo Teck Puat - National University Children's Medical Institute, National University Hospital. He holds an MBBS from India and has earned multiple postgraduate qualifications, including a Diploma in Child Health (DCH), MD in Paediatrics, DipNB in Paediatrics, and MRCPCH (Paediatrics) from the UK. Adj A/Prof Biswas completed a dual specialist accreditation in Paediatrics and Neonatology at National University Hospital (NUH). He is also an Assistant Professor in the Department of Paediatrics at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, NUS.

His areas of expertise include the management of premature infants and newborns with surgical conditions, particularly those related to general and cardiovascular surgery. He has a keen interest in neonatal haemodynamics and is actively involved in research.
