Dr. Chia is an exceptionally experienced doctor. After dealing with less-than-satisfactory care during the deliveries of my first four children at KKH, I decided to seek her expertise for my fifth. Despite being 36 weeks and 5 days pregnant, experiencing active contractions, and knowing my body well, KKH insisted on unnecessary observations instead of admitting me to the labor ward. Frustrated, I signed a form against medical advice and headed straight to Mount Elizabeth Delivery Suite.

Dr. Chia was efficient and straightforward, unlike others who tend to prolong decisions unnecessarily. Even though I arrived last minute, already 6 cm dilated, she graciously took on my case. She arrived at 7 a.m., and thanks to her quick action and skill, I delivered my baby by 8 a.m. I cannot recommend Dr. Chia enough for her professionalism and no-nonsense approach!
