Hi ladies! I'm 8 weeks pregnant with my first baby and the morning sickness is killing me đ Can't keep anything down except plain crackers, and my mother-in-law keeps pushing me to eat more ("baby needs nutrition!"). Working at Raffles Place and having to rush to the toilet every hour is not fun. Anyone found good remedies that actually work? Getting desperate here!

I know it's not super commonly used but ginger tea (caffeine-free) really helped me! of course everything in moderation
