The Malay Youth Literary Association, or 4PM, is a non-profit social service organization in Singapore focused on youth development and community support. The FRENZ Mentoring Programme supports Institute of Technical Education (ITE) students in their personal and academic growth. The BESTARI Programme recognizes outstanding ITE students through awards that honor resilience, excellence, and community contributions.
