Originally from a corporate marketing background, their path shifted after encountering significant breastfeeding challenges with a second child, including oversupply, undersupply, and repeated bouts of mastitis. These personal struggles inspired a commitment to helping others navigate the highs and lows of parenthood with confidence and care.

Certified as an Advanced Lactation Specialist by LiquidGoldConcept, they have completed over 500 clinical hours supporting breastfeeding families and hold additional qualifications in health sciences, child psychology, and nutrition. Combining professional expertise with personal experience, Tender Loving Milk offers compassionate, evidence-based guidance to parents, covering everything from newborn care to advanced lactation support.
