I heard about legendary milk from one of my friends in melbourne. I thought the supplements seemed quite expensive but she was raving about them so I bought 2 bottles (Pump princess and Liquid gold) in order to get free shipping. Honestly I don't know if they really helped or if it was the confinement food that helped..? I had low milk problems initially and managed to get almost a full 120ml bottle from each pump after... I guess any improvement is good? Hah
