KKH’s Antenatal Programme is designed to prepare expectant parents for the journey of pregnancy and parenthood. Conducted by a team of healthcare professionals, the programme covers key topics, including labour and delivery, antenatal and postnatal physiotherapy, breastfeeding, and newborn care. Participants also receive access to a complimentary "Nurturing Your Child" talk, a 2-hour session held bi-monthly on Saturdays, which is included for both the 4-Week and 1-Day Intensive courses.

Registration is recommended after week 16 of pregnancy, and priority may be given to KKH patients in later stages of pregnancy due to limited class slots. Classes are conducted by lactation consultants, midwives, physiotherapists, and parentcraft nurses, ensuring expert guidance throughout the course. This comprehensive programme equips parents with essential knowledge and practical skills for a smooth transition into parenthood.
