As a first time mom, I was introduced to Dr Wong's antenatal class by a mummy friend. It was a very useful class especially in preparation for our first child, especially because we attend as couples (finally got the hubs to learn and help!!!). We had no idea how to swaddle, help baby if he chokes, etc., and during the class we got to practice with a doll. Of course that's nowhere close to handling a real baby but as good as it gets. Dr Wong can come across as a bit overly direct and harsh at times, but overall we would still recommend the class because it's helpful.
