About
Creative O Preschoolers' Bay, established in 1997 by Tan Beng Luan, former Principal of Practice Performing Arts School, began operations on January 1, 1998, within Creative Technology’s headquarters in Singapore. In 2018, ownership transitioned to the non-profit Creative O Education Foundation to further its educational mission.
The preschool focuses on fostering a stimulating learning environment that nurtures basic human values, multiple intelligences, creative and analytical thinking, confidence, cultural appreciation, and environmental respect. Its curriculum includes diverse programs such as arts education, camping, character building, drama workshops, multicultural exposure, physical exercise, and environmental awareness.
A key initiative is the annual camping trip for K2 students to St. John's Island, a tradition since 2000. The trip involves children in comprehensive planning, including menu creation, packing, scheduling, and safety protocols, providing them with a unique learning experience.
The facility spans 1,754 square meters and includes studios for movement activities and rest, as well as indoor and outdoor playgrounds. The teaching staff consists of trained professionals with backgrounds in Early Childhood Education and active involvement in Singapore’s arts scene. The preschool has received multiple awards for its innovative teaching practices.
